A copy of identity card or Passport A copy of official high school transcript An ORIGINAL of any one of these results CU-AAT(verbal or critical reading) 400 or higher and a combined score (verbal and math) 900 or higher OR SAT I (verbal or critical reading) 400 or higher and a combined score (verbal and math) 900 or higher Two one-inch (1") photos Note: Remember to write full name on back of photos A 1,000 Baht application fee. Please note An applicant who downloads the application form from the website must pay the application fee 1,000 Baht when submiting the application. The application may be submitted by a family member, a friend, or another designated representative if the applicant is unable to do so in person. The program does not accept certified copies of test results. Only the ORIGINAL test certificates are acceptable. All tests must be taken less than two years prior to the application date. The applicants must submit all of the required documents as stated above with the completed application form. All information on this site is subject to change without notice.
