2024 Early Admission (First Round)

Eligibility Criteria (Early Admissions)

Eligibility

Applicants must be enrolled in their final year of high school – Mathayom 6 or its equivalent levels according to terms and conditions set by Chulalongkorn University.

Proficiency Tests

Applicants must have achieved a minimum score in any one of the following proficiency tests:
All tests must have been taken less than two (2) years prior to the application date

2.1 English Proficiency Test
TOEFL (Internet-based) not lower than 90 or
IELTS not lower than 6.5 or
CU-TEP (Chulalongkorn University Test of English Proficiency) not lower than 88 or
CU-AAT (Verbal Section) not lower than 440 or
SAT (Evidence-based Reading and Writing) not lower than 500 or
ACT (English+Reading) not lower than 37
Duolingo English Test not lower than 110
2.2 Math Proficiency Test
CU-AAT (Math Section) not lower than 580 or
SAT (Math) not lower than 600 or
ACT (Math) not lower than 25
E-Portfolio

Applicants must submit an electronic portfolio (E-Portfolio) consisting of a personal statement (350 words), and their original works related to communication management that have been released to the public within the last five years (2018 onwards). All the works must demonstrate the identity, skills, knowledge, abilities, experience and leadership. Rewards received in the field of media production or content creation shall be included in the E-Portfolio (use the template only). The maximum file size is10 MB; URL links to online media can be included in the E-Portfolio. The E-Portfolio must be uploaded along with the application form.

Evaluation

Interview

Applicants must receive no less than 60% in the Interview in order to continue to the next evaluation stage.

Note: All scores must be no older than 2 years upon this year’s last application date to be valid.

  1. Application Form (online) with 1 one-inch photograph
  2. Education (M6 or its equivalent levels in Thailand / Equivalent Levels (approved High School diploma equivalency))
  3. Your test score results according to the admission requirements
  4. Official transcript
  5. E-Portfolio
  6. A certified copy of your Thai ID Card; or your passport (only for international applicants)
    Please note that the original document must also be presented
  7. Application fee payment receipt from your bank
