This full-time position is open to both Thai and non-Thai applicants. Fluency in BOTH Thai and English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise the operation of the International Programs Office at the Faculty of Communication Arts
- Review and improve performance effectiveness of the unit by creating innovative approaches for improvement, such as developing processes, conducting activities for staff within the unit, and establishing a motivating work environment
- Proactively reach out to other institutions, organizations, and individuals to develop new relationships
- Delegate responsibilities to staff members while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and organizational values
- Design strategies and set goals for growth both in revenue generation and social impact
- Organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex events
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Committee
Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in business management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC 700+)
- Good command of Thai language (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
- Possess effective international communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Good knowledge of different business functions
- Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Must be able to work under pressure and be adaptable
